Based on the information obtained during the interviews a child was left unsupervised for approximately 8 minutes. Note: The caregivers were in a training with supervision during my inspection.
Based on information obtained during the investigation a weapon was found on the property. Note: The caregiver was immediately removed off of the property, licensing was notified, and the caregiver was terminated.
A large active ant pile was observed on the playground near the climbing structure. Pictures were taken for the file.
Two caregivers do not have active eligible background checks. These caregivers were observed in the classroom with direct access to children.
