The health inspection was not up to date . The Director is going to correct this by getting a letter from the County Judge stating that there is not a health inspector in the county that the operation is in.
There was a trash can in the 3 year olds room that did not have a lid with garbage that was accessible to children. The Director corrected this at the time of the inspection by replacing the trash can.
