Febreeze spray and diaper cream were accessible to children in the restroom of the toddler classroom. Trash in this bathroom was also not covered. Note: This was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver placed lid on the trash can and moved the Febreeze and diaper cream out of reach of children. Several of the classrooms have chipped paint on the doors and walls.
Based on the information gathered a teacher did not use good judgement when when she yanked a child up by the arm causing an elbow diffusion per video.
The fire extinguishers have not been checked monthly.
