The operation was missing two required postings (Keeping Children Safe and Parent Notification Poster) This was corrected during inspection when I handed the designee a copy of each poster which were then posted.
An infant was placed in a baby carrier to fall asleep due to having difficulty falling asleep in her crib. The infant was injured when she fell forward due to the infant not being strapped while inside the baby carrier.
