As children were waking up from naptime they were moving to the adjacent room. At the time of the inspection the caregiver was in the room with the children who were awake. Five school age napping children were in the room by themselves. The caregiver was about 3 feet away in the next room with the door ajar.

Feeding instructions for a 5 month old child were last updated on 3/2/2023.
