One employee that was hired four months ago is missing the First Aid/CPR Training and had unsupervised access to children. Note: This was corrected during inspection by placing a caregiver with CPR/First aid Training in the room.
The last fire inspection done at the center was on 8/11/2023 which expired on 8/11/2024.
The infant classroom was out of ratio, one caregiver was supervising 6 infants. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when a second caregiver was placed in the infant classroom making the class be in ratio.
The most recent gas inspection has not been conducted for the gas stove.
The results of the background check for a caregiver present at the time of inspection have not been received. The caregiver left the center and will not return until the background check clears.
