At time of inspection the diaper changing station was observed to have debris. Note, this was corrected at the inspection.

The caregiver in the infant room did not have SID's, Shaken Baby Syndrome or Child Brain Development training and was alone supervising an infant.
There was a caregiver in the infant classroom with one infant without an eligible background check. This person's role change from volunteer to staff and background check required fingerprints, in which fingerprints had not been schedule.
The caregiver in the infant room did not have Pre-Service training and was in the classroom.
The substitute in the infant room stepped out to another classroom, leaving the volunteer unsupervised with one infant. Note. This was corrected when the infant was moved to room 4 with the other staff and children.
