During the inspection I observed a portion of the floor near a door had peeling wallpaper and drywall exposed.
A shed on the toddler playground was observed to be deteriorating exposing sharp wood points to children, and some briar vines were seen in reach of children on the playground, as well as a door on the playground was broken exposing some rust towards children.
It was determined the operation did not report a required situation within the 2 day timeframe.
During the inspection areas of the playground that required loose fill measured at only 1-2 inches in depth.
Exposed nails were observed on the frame of the sandbox on the Pre-K playground, and briar vines were also observed growing on the playground.
During the inspection I observed 3 tire swings, none of the tire swings met the 30 inch clearance requirements when held up at the highest peak.
During the inspection I observed both playgrounds, both of the playgrounds had almost no loose fill and the loose fill material that was present had harden and decomposed.
