Based on information gathered during the course of an investigation it was determined that a caregiver did not have visual awareness or knowledge of the ongoing activities while children were playing with scissors and therefore was not able to intervene when a child's hair was cut. Note: The incident occurred in August of 2023 and the operation has implemented new procedures regarding supervision since then.
This rule was evaluated with regard to an investigation, and has been found one caregiver did not have valid CPR training.
