A caregiver was observed handling the children in her care in a careless/hasteful manner, resulting in a child suffering a superficial, accidental injury not requiring medical attention. The caregiver is no longer employed by the operation.
Three out of three infant feeding instructions were out of date. The Director corrected this at the time of the inspection by having the parents update them as the children arrived at the center.
There was a child in the infant room that had a bib on while sleeping in a crib. This is a choking hazard. This was corrected at the time of the inspection by the Director removing the bib.
