Observed mulitple classrooms with garabage cans without lids. Trash cans in one classroom had discard food and used papertowels.

Out of the four personnel records reviewed, 2 caregivers were missing two training clock hours from the previous training year. Director reported end of the year training was completed and the certificate was unavailable to review.
3 staff members had CPR/First Aid that was done online not in person.
10 children records were reviewed and 5 of the 10 records did not have health statements from a medical professional available for review.
A child had a peanut allergy with an allergy action plan that states that the child needs an epi pen. However, there was no epi pen at the operation.
