During the inspection, the grass on the outdoor playground area was not maintained and needed to be mowed.

At the time of the inspection, one personnel record did not have required content training, caregiving for children under 24 months training, as well as other training topics. The caregiver lacked 23 hours.

At the time of the inspection children tracking sheets did not have the signature or the initials of the person signing the child in.

The operation does not have a qualified director who meets education requirements. The director's credentials expired on January 31, 2023.

At the time of the inspection the surfacing under the teeter tooter was not at least 6 inches.

The outdoor fence does not open leading outside of the center. This fence is labeled as an emergency exit.

The Preschool classrooms (two rooms) were not set up in interest centers at the time of the inspection.

The operation did not notify licensing prior to adding new space throughout the building.
