During the walkthrough I observed a caregiver not washing a toddler hands after diaper changing.
During the walkthrough a caregiver stated there were 22 children in the classroom when I observed 24 children.
It was stated that the caregiver used name to face three times during the transition to the playground and did not realize the child was not in line.
It was determined that a child was left alone in a restroom when the caregivers took the class outside.
