First aid kits were lacking antiseptic solution or wipes. Only one first aid kit had antiseptic wipes but there are two buildings and building A had expired antiseptic solution.
During review of files two children files were missing a current immunization records.
During inspection I was informed that a child and an employee at the center had been confirmed positive for COVID-19. The center staff did not report the positive case to CCR within two days. This was corrected when the center notified CCR during the inspection and a report was made.
