There were children in care less than 2 years old, who were in the same classroom where the television was on. This was corrected at the inspection when the inspector brought it to the caregiver and director's attention. The television was turned off.

One child's record lacked the updated immunization record for the child's age requirement.

Two of the children were laying on mats instead of the cots for nighttime care. This was corrected at the inspection when the director changed the mats to the cots for the children to sleep on.

The required annual training on the following topics had not been completed by the director. The required training topic is 4.preventing and responding to emergencies due to food or an allergic reaction.

The use zone for the play equipment which had slides lacked the required perimeter for each play equipment. During the inspection 3 play structures were moved to meet the requirement. One play structure's placement was not moved as it required assistance. Placement was marked

One caregiver and 17 children were observed in the classroom. The specified age group is 3. The maximum number of children for one caregiver is 15. The operation was out of ratio by 2 children. Note: This was corrected at the inspection when another caregiver clocked in and took the younger children.

Children were observed watching television that did not include a planned activity. Note: This corrected when the director turned the television off and moved the children to a different area.

The operation had 3 caregivers present (who was counted in the child/caregiver ratio) who did not have an Eligible background check from the CBCU.

4 out of 6 caregiver files did not have proof of education for review during the inspection. 1 caregiver did not have proof of ID/TDL in file.
