Both were corrected during the inspection when the operatoin completed the playground maintenance check by observing the playground. The operation then completed the consumer product safety form by checking the recalled items and signing the form.
The emergency drills have not been documented since April of 2021.
The operational policies were missing written policies for suspension and expultion, insect and sunscreen, and gang free zone.
