Two infants were in their crib on their stomach crying and could not turn over. Both Crib signs indicated they could not roll over on their own. *The caregiver placed the infants on their back.
In two classrooms, the placement of the childrens cots during nap time did not provide a sufficient walk way between cots.
At the time of the inspection caregiver did not know how many children she had in care during nap time.
