One child did not have a food allergy form signed by the doctor.
At the time of the inspection, one caregiver was observed supervising 7 children: 3 children 17 months and under, 1 toddler, and 3 children Pre-K age. A second caregiver arrived shortly after.
This standard was evaluated with regards to an investigation. There were a couple of days when daily reports were not shared with parents. But daily reports are being documented and shared now.
