The operation did not have daily sheets available for 3 children in care that were 17 months and under. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver completed the daily sheets during the inspection.

One out of four caregiver files reviewed did not have the required amount of training hours.

The fire extinquisher in two vehicles used for transportation was obseved to be empty. This was corrected at inspection when the operation purchased new fire extinquishers for the vehicles.

There were several holes in a wall in a 3 year old class. This was corrected at inspection when a caregiver placed an easel in front of the area to obstruct the children from having access to the area.

The operation did not have a first aid kit on a vehicle used to transport children. This was corrected at inspection when the operation placed a first aid kit on the vehicle.

The loose-fill located on the school age playground did not measure at least six inches around the fall zones.

There were cleaning chemicals out and within reach of children.

The daycare's building and grounds needs to be uncluttered and cleaned. There are visible smudges on walls, and stacked items in each room of the daycare on shelves and surfaces.

There was a nail observed sticking out from the boarder of the play equipment that presented a hazard.
