The operation is currently sharing space for Southmont Vacation Bible School with no written plan. The operation is also using classroom shared space which is not allowed.

The operation allowed a caregiver to provide direct care to children in care prior to receiving a background check determination of, Eligible ; Provisional Eligibility with Conditions, ; or, Eligible with Conditions. His/her current status is pending. CI: The caregiver was sent home during the inspection.

Six caregivers have not completed required annual training for prevention, recognition, and reporting of child maltreatment.

Four caregivers did not know many children they were supervising in a large group.

Three children do not have medication authorization forms. The operations medication log does not include name of medication or amount of medication dispensed.

Four caregivers that have been dispensing medication, do not have medication training. Five caregivers do not have the following annual trainings: Preventing and responding to food allergies, Understanding building and physical premise safety, and preventing and controlling the spread of communicable diseases with immunization.

One child does not have a food allergy plan on file at the operation. One child has a food allergy plan on file, but it is not signed by the parent.

One caregiver has an expired first aid and CPR certificate. The certificate expired 5/7/2022. One caregiver does not have pediatric CPR/First, as required.
