Based on information gathered during the investigation, a caregiver did not provide positive discipline and guidance.

Based on information gathered during the investigation, a child eloped from the daycare.

The operation did not notify Child Care Regulation within two days of the incident.

In the infant room, there is one child 22 months older than the youngest child in the room. The child was moved to a different classroom to remain in ratio.

Two children in the infant room were seated in a high chair without safety straps. This was corrected at inspection when the children were strapped in.

The Children's Product Certification is not posted for staff and parents to review any products that have been recalled. This was corrected at inspection and posted.

The fire inspection is due. It was last conducted on 8/17/2023.

The operation did not have CSPC form 2885 signed certifying they recieve product recall notices from CSPC. This was corrected when the owner completed form 2885.

A volunteer did not have a completed personnel record on file.

Based off the evidence gathered, a child was injured while unsupervised in unlicensed space while in care.

Based on evidence gathered, a caregiver utilized poor judgement when she asked a child in care to perform staff duties of putting away food/drink items in the kitchen.

The operation does not currently have a designated outdoor active play space due to delay in installing fencing.
