Trash can in the classrom containing diapers and trash can in the restroom were uncovered. Garbage was accessible to children.

Sleeping cots, in two classrooms, were not labeled with children's names.

Operational policies were missing information on the promotion of indoor and outdoor physical activities.

Electronic smoke alarm was last inspected on June 02, 2022.
