One caregiver was observed during naptime with 31 children in care. The SAG was 3 years of age.The operation was over ratio by one child.

The outdoor play area did not have loose fill nor unitary surfacing materials installed underrneath or around the play equipment.
The mixed age group classroom did not have adequate lighting while the children were napping. This was corrected when the caregiver turned on a light.
