The shelf in the infant II room had an accumulation of dust with a few dirty toys. This was corrected when the shelf and toys were cleaned. A drawer in the 3-year-old room had a broken latch with a few unsafe items such as adult scissors and staple remover. This was corrected when the items were removed and put out of the way of children.
