During the follow up inspection, it was determined staff are unaware of the procedures if second servings of food are needed by children.
During the follow up, a caregiver was observed serving green beans on children's plates with a gloved hand instead of a serving utensil.
A caregiver did not use good judgment when not conducting a name to face of the class when coming back inside from a fire drill. This resulted in a child being separated from their class.
