During review a substitute caregiver was found to not be in compliance with all minimum standards related to caregiver, the employee had not graduated/received an equivalent yet.
A child with a diagnosed food allergy did not have a completed food allergy emergency plan.
3 caregivers trainings were observed during the inspection. All 3 had the required training hours however, they did not obtained the required training topics.
During the inspection the napping equipment was observed arrange in the school age room in a way that did not provide sufficient work/walk space for caregivers.
Infants not yet on table food were missing their Written Feeding Instructions.
The operations van did not have an electronic child safety alarm installed.
The Fire Inspection was not completed within 12 months as required.
