There were 3 children observed sitting in a bucket seat without safety straps installed. This was corrected at inspection when the safety straps were installed.

The infant safe sleep information was missing from the operational policy handbook.

There was a bottle of antiseptic solution present in the first aid kit with an expiration date of 01/2021. This was corrected when the expired solution was removed from the kit and new solution was added.

During a walk through an infant was seen in an pack n play sleeping with a bib on. This was fixed during the inspection when the infant woke up.

As of 3/10/2022, the operation has failed to verify eligibility for 2 pending background checks submitted on January 20, 2022 and February 15, 2022.
