At the time of follow up inspection there was no storage or labeling system for children's personal belongings. Backpacks, jackets, and lunchboxes were observed on cafeteria tables and on the floor.

At the time of inspection there was no system available for children to store their personal belongings.

At the time of inspection on child with a diagnosed food allergy did not have an emergency plan available in their admission file.

At the time of inspection the first aid kit did not have disposable gloves.

It was determined that the operation did not report a situation to Licensing regarding a child elopement.

It was determined that staff did not maintain an appropriate level of supervision at the operation.

It was determined that the operation failed to notify a parent of a situation that placed that their child at risk.

There are children flipping around operation, standing on tables, playing under tables without caregivers being aware or making corrections.

Children are using ipad unsupervised at operation to play games that are not related to planned activities.

At the time of follow up the caregivers do not have the key to unlock the gate for the outdoor area to easily exit. This results in there only being one exit.

At the time of follow up the operation does not have acess to declared lockdown area or access to other areas of operation.
