The first aid kits in the two year old and Pre-K classrooms were missing tweezers. This was corrected at inspection when the director placed a set of tweezers in each first aid kit.
During walk through of the two year old classroom, the storage/cubbies for children's belongings were not labeled.
In reviews of records, the director is missing 4 of the required 30 hours of training in emergency preparedness, administering medication, how to address an allergic reaction and how to dispose of hazardous materials.
In two classrooms, a spray bottle of Betco hand sanitizer was being used to disinfect and sanitize tables used by children and cots used for napping. The solution was not being used according to the label as it does not substantially reduce germs on inanimate objects to levels considered safe by public health requirements.
In the pre-toddler classroom, the cots being used by children for nap time were not labeled. This was corrected at inspection when the caretaker labeled the cots with the child's name and a numbering system that corresponded with a list posted on a cabinet.
Three infants not yet eating table food did not have updated feeding instructions signed by parents.
The operation's fire inspection has expired as of 4/21/22.
