One child diagnosed with food allergies had an EPI Pen that expired on October 24. Another child with food allergies did not have an EPI Pen available, possessing only EPI Pens intended for training purposes. Pictures were taken.

One caregiver was uncertain about the number of children for whom she was responsible. Upon inquiry, she counted twice and ultimately provided the accurate figure of children in her care. This was corected during the inspection.
