At the time of inspection there was a gap in the gate surrounding the playground that leads to another fenced area larger than 3 1/2 inches and smaller than 9 inches.
At the time of inspection two infants were not strapped in to the high table chairs. This was corrected when children were strapped in to the chairs.
A few infant equipment was observed to have dried food on them. This was CORRECTED when the caregiver was able to disinfect the items.
