Based on investigation findings, the operation failed to contact the parents of a child who became ill while in care.
A child who showed signs of illness was allowed to return to care without being symptom free for 24 hours.

It was found that 2 new hires with pending background checks were able to be in the classrooms with children present. It was observed that one new hire with a pending background check arrived to care for children and entered into the room with the children. This caregiver was then removed from the room and premises.
