This standard was reviewed during an investigation and was found deficient. There is sufficient evidence that inappropriate discipline was used on multiple occasions by a caregiver.
This standard was reviewed in relation to the reported allegations and found to be deficient. The operation did not allow the parent to view the video of their child in the classroom when the child was injured.
The nap mats for the children were observed and found to be torn and are no longer able to be properly sanitized and cleaned.
The loose fill around the slides on the playground did not measure at 6 inches.
During inspection the sliding glass door in one of the classrooms did not have decals on it for safety. One of the sliding glass doors in Room 2 had decals not on the child's level.
During the investigation it was found that a caregiver hit a child on the hands.
