The water hose is laying out in the outdoor area where children will play and is a tripping hazard. Broken windows, broken gate pieces, and debris is out in the play area. The shed that contained construction material had a broken and unlocked door. There are 2 BBQ pits in the play area. An electrical outlet box and wires are in the middle of the play area.
