A second caregiver that also went to the outdoor playgorund with chlidren at a different time during the insepction did not take the key to the lock on the gate.
The activity plan posted in the preschool room was not current. The dates on the activity plan was December2024. Note: This was CORRECTED during the inspection as an updated activity plan was posted.
Some areas of the wooden fence in the outdoor playground had peeling paint. This posed a hazard as the areas where the paint was peeling was within children's reach.
