Based on the investigation findings, this standard was reviewed and found to be in non-compliance with The Minimum Standard for Child Care Centers. An operation staff member physically restrained the child by sandwiching the child between the back of the chair and the operation staff members' body as a result of the child throwing items and tearing items of the walls in the classroom.

On 06/18/2025 a child was physically restrained by an operation staff member; the child was not injured. The operation did not report this non-routine situation that may have placed the child at risk to Child Care Regulation.

A statement signed and dated by the employee verifying the date the employee attended training during orientation that includes an overview of your policy on the prevention, recognition, and reporting of child maltreatment is needed for director and one staff person.
