During the investigation, it was found that an infant who is sixteen months old was being combined with children up to four years old in the mornings during drop-off.
During the investigation, it was determined that caregivers have been supervising two classes at once by standing in the doorway between the classrooms.
Two caregivers were using their iPads for personal use. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregivers were informed that electronic devices can't be used for personal use and the devices were turned off.
