Provisions for breastfeeding mothers 5. Prevention and Responding to Child Abuse 6. Vaccine Preventable Diseases 7. Procedures for parents to vist the childcare center NOTE: This was corrected during the inspection.
I observed an emergency food allergy plan that was not signed by the child's physician.
