CCR observed a child walk out of the classroom to go to the restroom in the hallway. CCR also observed another child alone returning from the restroom in the hallway. This was addressed when CCR reminded the caregiver that children must be supervised when exiting the classroom.

The chilldren were observed sitting at the table for 2 hours with blocks during the inspection.

Neighboring businesses have director access to the children due to an adjoining gate.

During the walkthrough of the playground, I observed the side of the building to have exposed wires and siding hanging from it causing a safety hazard for the children.

During the inspection it was found that the operation is not maintaining current feeding instructions for the infants in care.

An individual was tasked with caregiver responsibilities for the operation without an eligible background check on record.

There was one infant with her head covered with a blanket. Corrected at Inspection: This was corrected when the director removed the blanket from the cihlds head.
