The operation has not designated a site director for the location. The time has lapsed on the operation designating a site director.

The operation has been without a designated site director since March 14, 2025. I reached out regarding the vacancy however, I did not receive a response, and documentation was not submitted designating a new site director.

Three children with diagnosed allergies had food allergy emergency plans on file that were not signed by a physician. The updated food allergy emergency plans were requested, but were not submitted.

During a follow up inspection, three children with diagnosed allergies had food allergy emergency plans on file that were not signed by a physician.

During the inspection, three caregivers were present however, their personnel files were not available for review.

During the inspection, I observed the children transition into the building from outdoor play and begin to eat snack without washing their hands.
