A caregiver responsible for a group of children 2-5 years old was unaware of the number of children responsible for. The caregiver stated 13 children were present however16 children were counted.
Updated feeding instructions are needed for nine infants enrolled.

During the course of this investigation, it was observed that a caregiver placed an infant child in a bouncer seat without fastening the safety straps before attending to another infant.
A caregiver responsible for eleven children ages 14 months-2 years old was present without an eligible background check.
The last sanitation inspection was conducted on 10/07/2024.
Records were evaluated for six children enrolled and the following was determined: Three children needed a statement of special needs. Three children needed a health statement. Three children needed a statement of food allergies. Two children needed immunization records. A food allergy emergency plan is needed for one child enrolled. One child needed emergency care information and authorization. An address is needed for the parent of one child enrolled.
Infant feeding instructions are needed for one infant enrolled.
A caregiver responsible for two children ages seven and thirteen months was present without an eligible background check. Note: The director submitted a request for background check during the inspection.
I observed uncovered electrical outlets in two classrooms.
