During the walkthrough inspection a caregiver was observed in the pre-k classroom caring for 27 children without a cleared background check.
In the infant classroom there were 11 children ages ranged from 2-12 months. According to the specified age group the operation is allowed to have 10 children with two caregivers. The operation was out of ratio by 1 child. This was corrected at the inspection when the director removed one infant and placed them in another classroom.
