Operation failed to report to licensing within two days when a child was left in the classroom.
Parts of the wooden barriers around the playground structure was observed broken and nails were exposed. In addition, litter and broken equipment was observed on and throughout the playground.
A ceiling tile in the infant classroom was completely missing and the ventilation was exposed
On 7-02-2026, the operation was out of ratio by three children in the school age room.
During the investigation, it was determined children are not being provided with an alternate activity when they do not take a nap.
During the inspection, it was found a child was being forced to nap by caregivers wrapping their legs around the child legs.
