Some of the director's training records for the 2023-2024 training year were not available for review during the inspection.
There was a slide designed for residential use only being used on the playground. This was corrected when the slide was removed from the playground.

There was a burp rag present in a crib where an infant under 12 months old was sleeping. This was corrected during the inspection when a caregiver removed the burp rag from the crib.
