The outdoor play area was observed with two play structures with chipped paint. There were three ceiling tiles with water stains in the operation.
There was standing water (collected rain water) on the plastic covers of a structure which was accessible to the children during outdoor play. Note: The water was emptied during the inspection. The outdoor play area was observed clean without trash on the ground. The water hose was securely stored. Two play structures no longer have chipped paint.
A caregiver did not have a current CPR/First Aid training.
The outdoor play area was observed with scattered trash ( pieces of plastic and paper). The end section of a water hose was on the sidewalk and is a tripping hazard for the children as it is a walkway to the playground. Two play structures were observed with chipped paint.
Two buses were observed with dust, used facemasks on the floor and seats, and a few torn seats.
Three classrooms used by the children were observed with the vents full of dust.
A infant was asleep in a boppy pillow. Note: The infant was moved to his assign crib.
There was cup with left over coffee in between two infant car seats in the transportation vehicle. Note: The coffee cup was removed from the bus.
