There were multiple nail bolts sticking out of the black barrier on the playground structure and there were rusted nails observed sticking out of a play equipment that is anchored to the ground. This was corrected during the inspection when the director hammered the nails back into place

A child was observed walking out of the school age building by themselves and told me it was time for them to go home. The child then walked to the toddler classroom to get there sibling and both children were observed walking by themselves towards the front entrance of the building. Once they approached the front of the building they were taking inside by a staff member.
